- Nelipak’s STREAM™ materials are designed to be recycled diverting plastic away from landfill or incineration. We have both polyethylene and polypropylene based specifications that meet the requirements for front-of-store ‘soft plastic’ collection.
- There is not a ‘one size fits all’ material, hence we have a range of specifications to meet different packaging machine applications and produce requirements. Whatever you application, we will help you develop a recyclable option to suit you.
- The better food is protected the longer the shelf life effectively preserving resources and reducing food waste.
- It is currently very difficult to recycle packaging made from more than one plastic type or combination of different materials. Using a single polymer structure makes it much easier to identify, sort, and mechanically recycle used packaging.
